Optima HR was introduced to me by my Book Keeper, as I was looking for a HR Consultant to assist me in establishing the correct HR practices and protocols for my small business. Having no real experience of this area and having no knowledge of what was needed to be put in place for my team, Simona was very helpful in explaining what was required by law for my situation.
