Following an initial HR audit required to assess the risks against legal compliance we will work with you to implement changes to your documentation as required by employment law whilst still meeting your business objectives. Our Team

Simona D'Uva
Founder and Director
Simona is the founder and director of Optima HR and is a Human Resources professional with over 10 years experience in the HR field. She has a HR qualification with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), the industry body for HR professionals and holds both an English and Italian Law degree.
Simona provides HR consultancy services to UK organisations from a broad range of sectors – both public and private. Simona is a keen linguist, fluent in English, Italian and Spanish and is passionate and determined to offer the best and most professional service to all her clients.
Simona is well known for her professional and pragmatic approach to Human Resources where she takes the latest best practice and translates this into workable, cost effective and value added solutions. She has a passion for delivering Strategic HR to businesses to get the best from their people.

Gabriele D'Uva
Director
Gabriele is a director of Optima HR and has over 20 years experience of managing complex organisations. He worked at General Electric and was the UK MD for a business with over 100 employees. Prior to that role he worked at Xerox where he was the European MD across 15 countries for a business unit with over 200 employees.
Gabriele has spent most of his career recruiting and developing high performing teams. He has set up new country business operations, aligned organisation designs to new business strategies and managed restructuring of businesses. He is passionate about driving business performance through effective people development and leadership.
